Tzatziki Sauce

Hereā€™s what you need:
  • 2 cupsĀ Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Dice your cucumber and add to a medium mixing bowl.Ā

Add greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper and mix well to combine.Ā Ā 
Ā 
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Great on top of a Gyro, used as a dip for veggies or crackers and pretzels. Enjoy!
