Tortilla Chips

Here’s what you need:
  • Corn tortillas
  • Seasoning of choice
  • Avocado oil (or oil of choice) for frying
Heat your oil in a deep skillet or saucepan. 
 
Using a sharp knife, cut your tortillas in half and then half again. 
 
Carefully drop into the hot oil and fry on each side for 10-12 seconds or until they are the desired golden brown. 
 
While they are still hot, sprinkle with salt or your favorite seasoning. Enjoy with salsa, tuna, cheese dip, hummus...the options are endless!
