Strawberry Honey Butter
Hereā€™s what you need:
- 2Ā sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup honey
Add your butter and salt to a food processor and pulse until the butter is fluffy. Scrape down sides, if needed.

Add berries and pulse several more times until incorporated. Add your honey and blend until incorporated and fluffy. Enjoy!

**NOTES: This butter spread will stay good 2-3 days on the counter or up to 2 wks. refrigerated.Ā
