Sausage Gravy 

 
Here's what you need:
  • 1 lb sausage (turkey or pork)
  • B.T. Leigh's Somethin' to Cluck About Seasoning to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2-3 cups milk
Fully cook or your sausage and break into crumbled pieces. Add your seasoning to taste and then sprinkle the flour over the top of the sausage. Cook, stirring constantly to cook out the flour taste, about 4 minutes or so. 
 
Add your milk slowly, stirring to combine. I add about 2 cups to start and then add the third cup to thin it out or create as much gravy as you like. It just depends on how runny you want your gravy. :) 
 
It will thicken as it cooks and even more as it cools. 
 
Serve over biscuits or toast. Enjoy!
