Roasted Pecans
Hereās what you need:
- 1 cup raw pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp melted butterĀ OR oil of choice (coconut, avocado, or olive oil work well)
- Kosher salt to taste
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

If using butter, melt it first. Add pecan halves to the butter or oil (whichever you are using) and mix to coat the pecans. Sprinkle a pinch (to taste) of salt over the pecans and toss to distribute the salt throughout.Ā

Pour out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss/stir them up. Repeat this two more times for a total of 21 minutes or until the pecans reach the color you are happy with.Ā Enjoy!

NOTE -Ā PecansĀ can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. They could spoil if left out.Ā
