Pork & Beans

Hereā€™s what you need:
  • 1 lb. ground pork (can also use beef)
  • 1 28 oz. can of baked beans (I used the Bush's Baked Beans)
  • Maple Syrup to taste (approx. 2 Tbsp)
  • 2Ā Tbsp yellow mustard (or 1 Tbsp yellow mustard and 1 Tbsp of The Clevelander sauce from B.T. Leigh's)
  • 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown your meat and cook it completely. Add your beans, syrup, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients and allow to cook on low for aĀ 5-10 minutesĀ to allow the flavors to blend well.Ā Ā Enjoy!
