Overnight OatsĀ

Hereā€™s everything you need:
  • 1/2 cup quick oats (can use steel cut or old fashioned as well)
  • 3/4 cup milk (can use nondairy options)
  • Cinnamon and Maple Syrup (or any sweetener) to taste
  • Fresh fruit, granola or nuts for toppings
Add your oats to a small jar or a bowl that can be sealed. Add the milk on top and give it a stir. Now add your maple syrup or other sweetener and your cinnamon.

Give that a good stir and put your lid on. Put in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.

In the morning, you can give it a stir and add any toppings you like...Enjoy!
