Shrimp (Oven Baked)

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 lb raw shrimp, thawed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a baking rack inside. Spray with cooking spray and set aside. 
 
In a medium bowl, add your shrimp. You will want to make sure you pat them dry fairly well. 
 
Add your olive oil and seasonings and toss well to coat all of the shrimp.
 
Place on your baking rack in an even layer and bake for 5-7 minutes for medium/large shrimp. If using jumbo shrimp, you may need to bake them 7-9 minutes. You just want to be careful not to overbake or they will get tough. Serve hot with veggies on the side or you can put these on top of a tossed salad. Either way, they are delicious! Enjoy!
 
**NOTE - Have fun with the seasonings! Paprika, cumin, taco seasoning and many others are really good and can change up the flavor depending on the sides you are having.
