Mustard Chicken
Hereā€™s what you need:
- 8-10 Chicken Breasts, patted dry
- 12 oz. bag of Herb Stuffing Mix, finely crushed
- 3 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup mayo
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and place a baking rack inside it.

Crush your stuffing mix and place in a shallow dish. In a medium bowl, mix your melted butter, mustard and mayo together with a whisk.

Dip your chicken breasts in the mustard and coat well. Then press into the stuffing crumbs and coat well.
Place them on the baking rack. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and then carefully turn them over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
