Mandarin Orange Salad
Hereās what you need:
- 1 large box "Cook & Serve" Vanilla pudding
- 1 small box "Cook & Serve Tapioca pudding
- 1 large box Orange Jello
- 30 oz (or 2-15 oz cans) of mandarin orange slices, drained
- 1 large (16 oz) tub of cool whip
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups of the Mandarin Orange juiceĀ Ā

Add the vanilla and tapioca pudding to a saucepan. Add the orange jello, water and mandarin orange juice. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full rolling boil and thickens. Pour into the bowl you will be serving it from and set aside to cool completely.Ā
Once mixture is completely cooled, add the cool whip and mandarin orange slices and mix/fold together until incorporated well. Garnish with extra orange slices and enjoy!
