Lemon-Lime Soda Biscuits
Here’s what you need:
- 4 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup greek yogurt (can be substituted with sour cream)
- 1 lemon-lime soda (7UP or Sprite or any off brand)
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Melt 1 stick of butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan while you mix up the biscuit dough.
In a large bowl mix together Bisquick, yogurt and lemon-lime soda until a dough forms.
Remove to a floured work surface and knead a few times. Then roll out to about 3/4 inch thick. Cut into rounds and place in the melted butter in the baking pan. You should get 12-15 biscuits depending on the size of your cutter.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they are browned to your liking and sound hollow when tapped.
Allow to rest and soak up any residual butter for a few minutes before removing them from the pan. Serve warm and enjoy!
