Lemon Icebox Pie
Hereā€™s what you need:
- 10 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 3 lemons, plus some for garnish
- 1 - 14 oz. can of Condensed Milk
- 10 inch Graham Cracker Crust
- Whipped Topping for serving
Add softened cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix until fully incorporated and smooth. Pour into your graham cracker crust. Refrigerate (or freeze) for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lemon zest.Ā Enjoy!
