FruityĀ ChickenĀ Salad

Hereā€™s what you need:
  • 3 cups cooked and seasoned chicken
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 medium apple diced
  • 1 cup purple grapes, sliced in half
  • 3/4 cup mayonaisse (more or less to your taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced celery (optional)
Cook your chicken and shred or chop it up.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and mix to combine. Delicious on bread, a wrap or on crackers. Enjoy!
