Fried Pork Chop

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 lb. pork chops
  • 1-2 cups milk
  • 1 packet Lipton Recipe Secrets - Onion Soup & Dip Mix
  • Enough flour to coat the pork chops
 Add your milk to a small bowl and whisk in the soup mix until it's well blended. Pour this mixture over your pork chops and let marinate over night in the refrigerator. 
 
When you're ready to cook the pork chops, remove them from the milk mixture and lightly coat them with flour. Add them to a skillet heated over medium/high heat with about 2-3 Tbsp olive oil. Cook 3-4 minutes (for thin chops) and turn. Allow to cook another 3-4 minutes on the second side.
 
Remove from heat and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes in the hot pan.
 
Serve with veggies and fries or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
