Dill Pickle Chips (Air Fryer)

Hereā€™s what you need:
  • Pickle slices (you can use hamburger pickles or by the large, whole pickles and slice them up into rounds
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Seasoning of your choice (I used the "Somethin' for Everything" from B.T. Leigh's)
Season your all-purpose flour with seasonings of your choice. I usedĀ "Somethin' for Everything" from B. T. Leigh's.Ā

Pat dry yourĀ pickle slices with a paper towel. Lightly coat them in the flour mixture. Set aside.Ā

Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl until fluffy.Ā 
Ā 
In another shallow bowl, add your panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Ā 
Working one at a time, dredge yourĀ pickle slicesĀ in the egg and then press them into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them well on both sides.Ā

Place onĀ the metal air fryer rack in a single layer.Ā 
Ā 
Bake in a 400 degreeĀ air fryer for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. You can dip these in ranch dressing or any other dip you like. Enjoy!
