Crispy Brussel Sprouts
Hereā€™s what you need:
- About 1 lb. fresh Brussel Sprouts, washed and cut in half
- 1 - 6 oz. bag of shredded parmesan cheese (or enough to cover the bottom of the pan you are using)
- Olive Oil
- Seasoning of choice (I used B. T. Leigh's "Somethin' for Everything" seasoning)Ā
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Wash yourĀ brussel sprouts, cut the ends off and remove the first set of outside leaves. Cut them in half, lenghwise. Set aside.Ā

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour out the shredded cheese. Spread it out to cover the bottom. Place the brussel sprouts, cut side down, on top of the cheese. Place them very close together, leaving a small space between them. Drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle with seasoning of choice.

Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cheese is golden and crispy.Ā Enjoy warm!
