Cranberry Chicken (Crockpot)
Here’s what you need:
- 3 lbs chicken
- 2 cans whole cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (see my BBQ sauce recipe!)
- 1 medium/large onion diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the chicken to the crockpot and pour the cranberry and BBQ sauces over top. Add onion and salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6.
Shred chicken and serve over rice with veggies in the side. Enjoy!
