Chia Seed Pudding (Breakfast version)

Hereā€™s what you need:
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • Sweetener of choice
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup milk
  • Fresh fruits and nuts of choice

Add chia seeds to a wide mouth pint jar (or small bowl with a sealable lid). Add yogurt and sweetener of choice. Add milk and stir to combine well. Cover with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours).Ā

Ā Remove the lid and give it a good stir. Top with fresh fruit and nuts of your choice. Enjoy!

**NOTE: Adding a tsp of cinnamon is delicious too! :)
