Waldorf Salad
Jul 23, 2024Here's what you need:
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (can also use mayo in place of this)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 small/medium granny smith apples (or apple of your choice), peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/2 -3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup sliced grapes (can also use 1/2 cup raisins)
In a medium bowl, add yogurt, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Whisk well to combine.
Add the apples, celery, nuts and grapes, tossing to combine and coat all of the ingredients well. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
