Tzatziki Sauce

- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Dice your cucumber and add to a medium mixing bowl.
Add greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Great on top of a Gyro, used as a dip for veggies, crackers or pretzels. Enjoy!
