Strawberry Fluff Salad

- 1 - 6 oz. box of strawberry Jell-o
- 1 - 16 oz. tub of cottage cheese
- 1 - 8 oz. tub of Cool whip
- 1 lb. of strawberries, topped and chopped
- 3/4 - 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Add your cottage cheese and Jell-o powder to a large bowl and give it a good mix to incorporate the Jell-O fully. Next add the chopped strawberries and crushed pineapple. Mix well. Now add the marshmallows and the cool whip and mix to combine.
Serve immediately or let chill for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving. Either way it's delicious! Enjoy!
