Mom's Peanut Butter Pie

Here's what you need:
- 1 - 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter (you can use crunchy or creamy)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 - 16 oz. tub of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and peanut butter until well combined. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Gradually add the Cool Whip, blending between additions. Continue beating until well combined and smooth.
Spoon into your pie shell and chill until set. (at least two hours or overnight) Enjoy!
