Marinated Vegetables
Aug 04, 2024 In a large mixing bowl, add the following ingredients:
- 1 can peas with pearl onion, drained
- 1 can corn white or shoe-pegged, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Dressing:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine dressing ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Pour over the vegetables gently. DO NOT STIR! Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve cold and enjoy!
