Dill Pickle Chips (Air Fryer)
Jul 13, 2024Here’s what you need:
- Pickle slices (you can use hamburger pickles or by the large, whole pickles and slice them up into rounds
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Seasoning of your choice (I used the "Somethin' for Everything" from B.T. Leigh's)
Season your all-purpose flour with seasonings of your choice. I used "Somethin' for Everything" from B. T. Leigh's.
Pat dry your pickle slices with a paper towel. Lightly coat them in the flour mixture. Set aside.
Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl until fluffy.
In another shallow bowl, add your panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Working one at a time, dredge your pickle slices in the egg and then press them into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them well on both sides.
Place on the metal air fryer rack in a single layer.
Bake in a 400-degree air fryer for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. You can dip these in ranch dressing or any other dip you like. Enjoy!
