 Here's what you need:

  • 1 lb. white almond bark candy coating
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract, optional
  • 2 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted to drizzle on top
  • 1 1/2 tsp. avocado or coconut oil

Place candy coating in your slow cooker or a large heavy saucepan and heat until completely melted.

While the candy coating is melting, combine cereals and marshmallows in a large bowl. Set aside.

Once the candy coating is completely melted, add peanut butter and almond extract and stir to combine completely.

Add the cereal mixture to the melted candy coating and stir to coat everything completely.

Using two spoons, drop by the tablespoonful onto wax or parchment paper. Allow to cool and set.

While the clusters are cooling, melt your chocolate chips in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Once melted completely, add your oil and mix to incorporate completely. Once the candy is completely cooled, drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top. Allow the chocolate to cool and set and then you are ready to enjoy this amazing treat!
