"Coca-Cola Spiced" Chocolate Cake
Sep 09, 2024Here’s what you need:
- 1 box Chocolate Cake mix of choice
- 1 - 12 oz can Coca-Cola Spiced
- 3/4 cup semi-sweetened chocolate chips (optional, but added deliciousness!)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add chocolate cake mix to mixing bowl. Pour the entire can of coke into the bowl and using a handheld mixer or stand mixer, mix the cake together with the coke until it's creamy and well incorporated. Add chocolate chips, if using, and gently fold them in.
Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Top with frosting (see my recipe here) or whipped topping and serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
