Peanut Butter Fudge - 4 Ingredients!

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar and milk. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir vigorously until the peanut butter is completely melted, and the mixture thickens and loses its shine.
Pour into your prepared 8x8 pan and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Cut into desired size pieces (I like about 1-inch squares). Enjoy!
