Apple Crisp

Here’s what you need:
  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1 stick of salted butter cut into 12 pieces
  • 1 box of Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake Mix
  • Walnuts (optional)
Pour your apple pie filling into the bottom of a 9x9 cake pan. Spread to evenly layer them in the pan.
 
Sprinkle about 1/3 of the cinnamon crumb topping over the apples. Sprinkle walnuts over the top. 
 
Pour the cake mix over the top and using your hand, spread it out and into the corners to be sure it's all covered well. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon crumb topping over the cake mix.
 
Place the sliced butter all over the top in four rows of three. Bake in a preheated, 350 degree, oven for 35-40 minutes until browned and bubbling on top. Enjoy!
