• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/8 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy is best)
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups marshmallow cream

Add the water, brown sugar and butter to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until all of the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool completely. 

 

Add the cooled mixture to a large mixing bowl and add the maple syrup, peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Mix well to combine. You can use a mixer or just by hand. Mixture will be light and fluffy. Enjoy!
